Teacher of the Year

Mrs. Susie Warren! 

       Third grade teacher, Mrs. Susie Warren, has been named as Itawamba County's 2010 teacher of the year.  Mrs. Warren has been teaching for thirty-eight years and has been teaching third grade at Dorsey Attendance Center for thirty-five years.  Mrs. Warren is a resident of the Evergreen Community as is married to Mr. Maurice Warren.  Mrs. Warrens says it's important to have patience when working with children.  She also states.   "You don't want students to think that  you're above them on a pedestal above them.  We're all God's creatures."
